Job Summary

In partnership with the Director, responsible for assuring staff competency as it relates to safe patient handling, response to Rapid Response/Code Blue calls, minimizing falls and enhancing the care of the CHF patient.  She/he is responsible for assuring that staff can identify safety concerns and institute measures to provide a safe environment; provide appropriate assessment, intervention, care planning and evaluation of patients. 


 Min 3 years’ experience in similar role in an acute care hospital.  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.  Masters Degree in Nursing preferred. Masters Degree in healthcare related field required.
