Under the supervision of the Chef Manager and Director, the catering coordinator plans and oversees the service requirements of various catered hospital events and functions. Presents food in an artistic and timely manner. Prepares and displays all items for retail food merchandising.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or culinary degree/certificate (preferred). Min 3-5 yrs. culinary exp. (preferred).
